Before applying the patch we recommend a few sleep health basics.

Don’t wait until you’re too exhausted before going to bed.
Try leaving your phone off in another room.
Pick up a (real) book. No Telly.
Apply the sleep patches 15 minutes before the above.
Apply one sleep patch to each temple and leave them on until morning.
After applying, massage the patch for a minute or two to further release the herbs.

Each pack contains 10 patches. Recommended use is one on each temple per application. This product contains essential oils and may cause staining. Single-use only.
