REFUND POLICY

At Skincare Edit, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our hassle-free returns policy makes it easy to shop with confidence:

Unopened & Unused Products: Return within 14 working days of receipt with proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Your refund will be confirmed by email, and funds will be returned to your original payment method. For items paid with cash on delivery, store credit will be provided instead of a cash refund. Refunds can take 5-10 working days to appear on your statement from the time of issue.

Opened/Used Products: Return within 28 days. You’ll receive an e-gift card.

Keep a copy of your postage receipt with your tracking number. We're only responsible for your return once it has been received at our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Excludes gift card/e-gift cards, samples and gift with purchase. Exchanges for a product of lesser value will have the remainder refunded on to a gift card. Our satisfaction guarantee does not extend to a previous return if it is not in its original condition. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.

Oral supplements and wellness products are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons. Full details are available on respective product pages.

Free gifts or gift-with-purchase items must be returned unused/unopened to process your return. Otherwise, only an exchange will be offered.

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for items that have already been exchanged.

The cost of shipping is non-refundable
RETURNS – RETURN PRODUCTS BY TRACKABLE COURIER OR RECORDED DELIVERY
Please include a covering letter with your Name, Address, Order Number, telephone number, and email address in case we need to contact you regarding your return. Please also include the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Ensure your parcel is sent Recorded Delivery or via a trackable courier. We strongly recommend obtaining a postage receipt with your tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Securely wrap your items and send your return to:

Once we have processed your return, our Returns Department will contact you by telephone or email.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed. Log into “my account” to action this. If your order has been processed and handed over for dispatch, your order falls under the returns policy outlined above.
FAQs
What if the item is faulty?
If you identify a fault within 14 days of purchase, we will replace the product free of charge. Please inform us immediately so we can ensure other items are not affected.
