Fish Oil Concentrate (from Sardine & Anchovy): Capsule Shell: Gelatin & Glycerine.

Per dose: Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) - 600mg; Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) - 440mg.

The fish oils found in this particular supplement are absolutely clean, stable & have NO trace of any ocean pollutants or heavy metals.

Directions: As a food supplement, take two capsules to be taken daily with your main meal, or as directed by a practitioner. A typical dose of two capsules delivers 440mg of DHA and 600mg of EPA.

Avoid if there is any deficiency of the liver. If you are on anti-thrombotic drugs (e.g. Warfarin or Heparin) consult your doctor before taking. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. This product should not be used as a substitute for avaried diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Store in a cool dry place. Do not use if vacuum seal is broken or missing. Do not take if you have an allegy to fish.
